Selling a home in a down turned market can be demanding for the home owner. This is not the time to try an inexperienced agent, or to save a point on commission fees. Rather, this is the time when one needs an experienced and professional Real Estate Agent. This is the main reason that I highly recommend Benjawan Munson to anyone selling a house.

Communication is critical as the market seems to change weekly. Benjawan was superb in her communication to us. She was a good counselor and advisor both professionally and personally.

Benjawan was trustworthy and straight forward in her dealings with my wife and me. The news is not always positive in a down turned Real Estate market but the news must be dealt with and Benjawan did so in an honest and professional manner.

Benjawan was an excellent negotiator during the entire process and that undoubtedly provided more money for us at closing.
